Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Some items cannot be returned, including gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, sanitary/hygiene products, hazardous materials, and select health and personal care items.
To start a return, please contact us at and provide your order details. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not ship returns directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds are only available on regular‑priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded. Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non‑refundable. If you return an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
